Is There An Age Requirement?

Fitness should be available to every person, regardless of their age. Anyone can purchase this program that is looking to make a change in their life for the better.

What Equipment Do I Need?

It's recommended that you have a gym membership in order to have full access to all types of equipment, tools and facilities that will make sure you achieve the best workouts and will be able to complete the entire program to a T.
